Visible Trace Variations Across Concentration Levels
The amount and placement of visible features depend on liquid strength and shade:
- High concentration logs: Darker liquids preserve distinct outer edges, inner lines, and layered paths that stay visible throughout flow and remain after drying.
- Low concentration logs: Thinner or lighter liquids leave far fewer visible marks, preserving only limited traces across the surface.

Distribution and Position of Preserved Marks
Visible marks appear across different zones of the liquid surface during movement. Some form along outer boundaries, while others develop within inner areas that shift during later stages of the event.

Trace Features in the Final State
Preserved marks record the movement history of the liquid across different stages. The final count, continuity, and clarity of these line structures vary from one logged event to another, remaining as permanent surface features once liquid activity stops.
