Bei Verträgen über die Bereitstellung digitaler Inhalte, die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger geliefert werden, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht jedoch, sobald

• Sie ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird, und
• Sie bestätigt haben, dass Sie durch diese Zustimmung Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren, und
• die Ausführung des Vertrags begonnen hat.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once

• you have expressly consented to the commencement of the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• you have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal, and
• the performance of the contract has begun.
